It was an integrated health clinic which included the different health services such as general health check-up, Dental and Eye health check-up, Yoga and Counselling. The programme was coordinated and guided by Mrs. Jeyalakshmi K, Assistant Professor, MCON, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏. ?

The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Karunakar, Vice-president Marne Panchayath, Mr. Krishna Nayak, Head Master of the school and representatives from each health department’s involved. Thirty eight school children and four teachers had a health check-up by the doctors from the department of community medicine, dentistry and ophthalmology. Medications were provided based on the prescription and informed regarding follow-up check-ups. Ophthalmology and dental department referrals were given to the children for the further treatment and follow-up. Health education on personal hygiene and worm infestation were given. ?

Yoga session for children was taken by Yoga therapist from the Department of Yoga for 45 minutes. Counselling was given for the children who have learning difficulties by the faculty of Department of Mental Health Nursing, MCON, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏. Finally, the children were provided with a leaflet which contains the information on balanced diet.
