History taking and focused physical examination are the two key components in the practice of nurse practitioners. Acute care nurse practitioner students and Physician Assistant student from MGH Boston demonstrated the physical assessment at the Fundamentals of Nursing lab at 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 College of Nursing 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 on 16th January 2019.

Dr. Elissa Ladd, Associate Professor, Advanced Practice Nursing, MGH Institute of Health professions demonstrated the comprehensive physical assessment at the primary care setting with Ms. Brittney Harris as simulated patient. Ms. Shannon Swenson (Physician Assistant student) demonstrated comprehensive physical assessment in the acute care setting with Ms. Laura Mackey as simulated patient. Nurse practitioner students from 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 discussed the similarities and differences in assessment protocol.

Dr. Patricia Lussier-Duynstee, Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean, Academic affairs, School of Nursing, Dr. Jyothi Chakrabarty, Professor (Coordinator for NPCC program) and Mrs. Soumya Christabel, Assistant Professor, (Co-coordinator for NPCC program) Dept. of Medical Surgical Nursing, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 College of Nursing 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 were also present.
