“IMPORTANCE OF EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE IN NURSING”

娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 School of Nursing has organized a session on “Importance of Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing" on June 12, 2025, at 3.00 pm as part of the UG/PG vertical of Pillar 2 (IOE): Exemplary 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 and Innovation of 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 College of Nursing, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏. The target audience was 52 II Year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery students. Dr. Shalini Ganesh Nayak, Assistant Professor (Senior scale), Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, MCON, MAHE, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏, was the resource person for the session. She has provided an explanation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in Nursing, detailing its aims and objectives, the various steps involved, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, she has discussed the barriers to implementation and offered a comprehensive, practical application of EBP, supported by relevant examples. The discussion also encompassed the research associated with EBP and its application. Ms. Shobha, Assistant Lecturer, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 School of Nursing, coordinated the session. The session was motivating and engaging through active learning exercises. This session contributed to SDG 4: "Quality Education".
