Department of Child Health Nursing, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 College of Nursing (MCON), 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 Academy of Higher Education, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 organized an alumni guest lecture on “Cost Effectiveness and Cost Accounting in Nursing Service Administration” on April 17, 2023, between 02.00 pm & 03.00 pm for postgraduate nursing students through Microsoft Team Platform. Mrs. Saroja Jaykumar, Nurse Manager, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 Health Enterprises Limited (MHE). (MSc Graduate 1998-2000 batch) of MCON, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 was the speaker for the session. She discussed the various aspects of Cost Effectiveness and Cost Accounting in Nursing Service Administration including the types and the process of cost management in the nursing service department. She also emphasized the importance of nurses’ involvement in Cost management planning, which facilitates the empowerment of nurses in financial planning and management. Mrs. Saroja Jaykumar shared her experience of Cost management and emphasized the need for sound clinical experience for nurse administrators.

A total of 36 participants including II MSc (10) and II year PBBSc nursing (20) along with the faculty members (6) of MCON, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 attended the guest lecture. The session was interactive and informative.
