Faculty Development Programme on Mentoring the Mentor

The Department of Psychiatric (Mental Health) Nursing, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 College of Nursing, MAHE, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏, organised a session on ‘Mentoring the Mentor’ for the faculty on June 13, 2024, between 3.00 - 4.00 pm. The resource person for the session was Dr. Virupaksha Devaramane, Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr. AV Baliga Memorial Hospital, Doddanagudde, Udupi. Dr. Binil V welcomed the gathering and introduced the speaker. Dr. Virupaksha focused on becoming an effective mentor and covered different aspects of mentoring. Dr Sushmitha Karkada, chairperson of the CNE committee, delivered the vote of thanks. The session was very inspiring and informative and was well-appreciated by the faculty. Fifty-one faculty and PhD scholars attended the session. The session focused on attaining SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4 - Quality Education.
