The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, and Centre for advanced Dental education, MCODS, Mangalore conducted the 2-day workshop on Clinical photography (Photodontics) by Canon India private ltd on 11/9/19 and 12/9/19. The demonstration was given by Dr. Tarun Sharma, Orthodontist and resource faculty for medical photography, All India Institute of medical sciences, Rishikesh. The workshop was supported by Canon India pvt ltd and Hiene loupes. On day one, Dr. Tarun Sharma explained the basic and advanced settings of the camera, and demonstrated the extra oral and intra oral photography. A Hand on Workshop with DSLR Camera’s provided by Canon India Pvt Ltd was conducted on day 2 at Phantom Head Lab, Light House Campus. The Program was attended by faculty and postgraduate students, as well as Private Practitioners.
