First and Second year post graduate students of all departments attended a soft and behavioral skill program to make them patient centric and collaborative with all stakeholders to achieve goals of the institute / hospital. This program was conducted by the department of Conservative Dentistry and endodontics in association with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education on 23/7/19 at MCODS, Mangalore, Attavar premises from 9am to 5pm. This program aimed at improved personal effectiveness, better communication skills, Patient centered care, improved inter-departmental collaboration of Postgraduates and reduced medical negligence. The resource person for the program was Mr. Subash Hegde, a soft skill trainer.
