Webinar session on: Refined concepts of periodontal plastic surgery

The Department of Periodontology, MCODS, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 had organized a Webinar session on 8^th June 2018 titled ‘Refined concepts of periodontal plastic surgery’ in association with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, School of Dentistry, Kochi.

Dr Jayachandran, Professor and Head, Department of Periodontology, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, School of Dentistry, Kochi gave the opening address laying emphasis on the importance such webinar sessions. Dr. Pratibha G, Professor and Head at MCODS, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏. also lauded the joint efforts of the two institutions in their continued efforts at organizing and supporting such a collaborative learning platform.

Dr. Santhosh Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Periodontology, MCODS, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏, was the Resource Person for the program. Dr. Santhosh highlighted the decision making process in choosing the appropriate surgical procedure for gingival recession and achieving optimum aesthetic and patient satisfaction.

The program was sponsored by Colgate Oral Care. Mr. Basavaraj, Marketing Manager, Colgate Oral Care, Udupi, spoke on various products available for dental and periodontal applications.

Around 24 participants from MCODS, 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 and 20 participants from Amrita School of Dentistry had attended the webinar session.
