Dr. Manohar Pai M, Professor, Department of Information Communication Technology (ICT) has received the prestigious National Technical Best Teacher award from AICTE

The award is introduced by AICTE for identifying exceptional teachers at the national level in the field of technical education. Teachers with unique contributions from the AICTE-approved institutions offering Degrees and Diplomas in the country are considered for the award. This scheme, formerly called AICTE - Visweswaraya Best Teacher award is aimed to recognize 20 meritorious and outstanding teachers on Teacher’s Day i.e., 05 September every year at the National level.

Dr. Manohar M Pai was nominated by MIT 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 and was selected by a panel of experts constituted by AICTE for the award. He received the award on 06 September 2022 at a function organized in Dr. Ambedkar 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 Centre, New Delhi by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in?presence of Smt Annapurna Devi, Shri Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, and Dr. Subhash Sarkar, Ministers of State (MoS) for Education, Government of India. The award comprises a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 along with a medal and certificate of excellence in recognition of teaching excellence in technical education.
