MIT MAHE 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 has received its first-ever NABL certification for the Civil Engineering Testing and Consultancy Laboratory. This significant achievement reflects the dedicated efforts of the entire Civil Engineering team, with special appreciation to Dr. Ragavendra Holla, Associate Director (Faculty Development & Welfare), for his perseverance and commitment.
As their maiden accreditation initiative, the team successfully overcame several challenges and now stands well-positioned to guide other departments on their accreditation journeys.
Congratulations to Dr. Anish Kumar Warrier, Department of Civil Engineering, for receiving the Best Presenter Award (Oral) in the Faculty category, and to his PhD scholar Ms. Lakshmi V. for winning the Best Presenter Award (Poster) in the 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 Scholars category at the two-day National Conference on “Green Business and Blue Revolution: Pathways to Environmental Sustainability” held on December 12–13, 2025.
The conference was jointly organised by the Departments of Marine Biology and Commerce, Karnatak University, PG Campus, Karwar. Both award-winning presentations showcased findings from their INCOIS-funded research project on biogeochemical studies in the potential fishing zones off the Mangalore–Udupi region. Wishing them continued success and impactful research.
Dr. Raghavendra K. Holla Honored with Anantha Mitra Kalabhavi Award
We proudly congratulate Dr. Raghavendra K. Holla, Faculty Member, Department of Civil Engineering, MIT 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏, on being honored with the prestigious Anantha Mitra Kalabhavi Award. The award was conferred during the Engineers’ Day Celebrations and Techno Week?program held at St. Sebastian Church Hall, Bendur, on 18th September 2025.
Hosted by Ramco Cement Ltd.?and organized by ACCEI Mangalore Centre, the event drew over 300 guests, including top leadership from RAMCO and ACCEI. This recognition celebrates Dr. Holla’s outstanding contributions to civil engineering education and his role in inspiring future engineers across Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.

Ganesh Nayak from the Department of Instrumentation & Control Engineering has been awarded the prestigious Ecology Project 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 (EPI) 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 Leadership Award for his outstanding work with the Centre for Outdoor Studies (COS). As part of this recognition, he has received a grant of $800, which will support an ecological survey of the MIT 娱乐老虎机,森林舞会游戏 campus, documenting birds, reptiles, amphibians, and butterflies.?
The survey findings will be shared through pamphlets, workshops, and hand-painted billboards to raise awareness about local biodiversity. Tejas Rao from the Department of ICT, MIT, will lead the survey, while Sanika Deshmukh from MSLS will oversee design and illustration. EPI, a US-based nonprofit organization, focuses on youth development, leadership, and habitat conservation.

Technology? for? Dyslexic? Children in?Indic?Languages."?This funding has been awarded by IIT Mandi iHub and HCI Foundation, located at IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, under the Department of Science and?Technology?(DST)’s NM-ICPS (National Mission on?Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems) scheme.
The project has received a significant grant of ?22,92,400.? This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and?innovative spirit of the team and highlights the collaborative strength of various?institutions within MAHE?and underscores the impact of?interdisciplinary research? in? advancing assistive?technologies.?
